The samples are delivered in good reusable jars of 30ml. The oil and other liquid are in a dropper bottle of 10ml with the exception of a spray, this is in a 25ml spray bottle. Did you order 5ml or 20ml? These are delivered in bottles of 10ml or 25ml and are therefore not completely filled.

Each jar or bottle has a sticker with the name of the product and, very usefully, whether it contains protein or not!

We do our best to ship the items within 1-3 business days.
It may happen that I do not have a product in stock for a while, if this is the case you will receive an email that your order is on hold.

I always try to bring the orders to a PostNL point as soon as possible to send. When the orders are delivered to PostNL after 17:00 you will receive an email that your order is on its way with an expected delivery time, in this case take into account an extra day because the orders are only picked up at PostNL the next working day. Unfortunately I can not change this because this is in the system at PostNL.

Shipping costs are according to PostNL rates. We use the rates below to keep the prices of the products themselves as low as possible.

Shipping outside the Netherlands:

- Belgium: €7.95 - FREE shipping from €65.00

- Germany: € 9.75

Sure! You can pick up your order by appointment in Zoetermeer (ZH) on Monday to Friday between 16:00 and 19:00.

When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email from us and we can make an appointment.

Please send us an email with the correct address details as soon as possible. As long as the package has not yet been sent, we can still change this information.

Has your package already been sent? Then we will receive your package back. The shipping costs will be charged again to send the package again.

Can happen! You can report this yourself via email. If this does not happen, the order will be sent to a postNL point close to the home address.

The samples are delivered as described in the first tab, and can be seen in the pictures at the top of the page. The title of the product states (SAMPLE).

The Travel Size Products are original. You will receive them as they are on the picture with the product and in the title of the product (TRAVEL-SIZE)
