Reflection period/return

You may wish to return an order. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. In other words: You wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return (part of) your order. Once your return is received by us in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned product.

The shipping costs for returning the order are for your own account (costs depend on your own carrier).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@curlcandy.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is in good condition.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
