You can use these disposable bath caps when you want to shower and don't want to get your hair wet, but also put one over your head when you let a deepco soak in! A warm towel over it and your deep conditioner can do its job extra well!
In principle the swimming caps are made for single use, but I rinse them after use and hang them to dry. I use them between 5 and 10 times.
